Introduction
The Parksville Newcomers Club (PNC) is a volunteer led organization that provides a variety of activities for those new to the community to help them make new friends, pursue current activities and try new ones. Visit the Club Activities page to learn more about our Activity Groups. All of our activities are organized by volunteer Activity Co-ordinators.
Monthly meetings feature a guest speaker selected to help you learn more about your community as well as presentations about all the regular club activities and special events.
The annual fee is $15 and members are asked to renew in September. New members are encouraged to purchase name tags when they register for an additional fee of $10. Fees can be paid by cheque or cash at monthly meetings, or cheques can be mailed to the Membership Director Kathy Smith #2 – 290 Morison Avenue, Parksville V9P 1K7. Please make cheques payable to Parksville Newcomers Club. You can also pay for membership fees and name tags online through our Online Store. Note: there is a small additional fee for online payment processing.
Members who join from August to December inclusive pay the full annual membership fee of $15. Those who join from January to July pay prorated fees as outlined on the PNC Membership Application
Parksville Newcomers Club does not provide refunds for membership fees or name badges.
To join PNC download, print and complete the Membership Application and the PNC Activity Group Choices Form and bring them to the next Monthly Meeting. These forms are also available at the Monthly Meetings.

Eligibility Requirements
PNC is a social club for couples, singles, young and not so young people who have lived in the Parksville/Oceanside area for five years or less. Membership is for three years and then you graduate to the PNC Alumni Club.
Governance
PNC is a registered non profit society in BC and a member of the National Newcomers Association. It is led by an elected volunteer board. Board members are elected at the Annual General Meeting and serve for one year and are eligible to serve for additional one year terms. Click here to meet the 2018-19 Board of Directors .
